Suits: Season Six Finale

Finally we can rest easy! Mike is legal!
Harvey and Mike have been through so much trying to get Mike to pass the character and fitness test and thank God it payed off. Anita Gibbs drops by PSL to tell Mike that she's now a member on the board and there was no way she would let him become a lawyer. She really has it in for Mike and Harvey. They both find out that Gibbs would  replace one of the panelists, Walter Sampson, so they knew something was fishy. Harvey tries to figure out what Anita has on Sampson, but he finds nothing. At the trial the next day, Gibbs questions Mike's character by bringing up his time in prison and how he got out early. Rachel quickly comes to Mike's rescue by bringing out a 30 year old rule that allows Mike to call a character witness. Meanwhile, Louis is in a wreck trying to figure out if Tara would dump him or stay with him after revealing to her that he knew about Mike not being a lawyer and that he used it to get his name on the wall. Donna comes to him and asks for his help concerning The Donna, it's 32.5% similar to another patent and she needs Louis to help make a deal with the patent owners. Louis goes to the meeting but isn't successful making a deal, instead Donna is threatened with a $90 million lawsuit if they go forward with The Donna. Mike goes to his old prison counselor, Julius and asks him to be a character witness. Julius refuses, knowing that Mike must have done something shady to get the hearing but he agrees at the end. In my opinion, Julius crushed Gibbs at the hearing. He literally left her speechless.

JULIUS: "...and if you're looking for my personal opinion, he has more integrity in his little finger than you have in your whole body".

Mike tells Nathan the truth about the hearing and Nathan is extremely pissed. He threatens to fire Mike but Oliver comes to his rescue. Nathan tells Mike to better come into work with another $50,000 case. Harvey goes to see Gibbs to try and reason with her. She tells Harvey that Mike has to admit that he knew about him being a fraud. Mike and Louis disagree when Harvey tells them, this could lead to Harvey's disbarment.
Stu, Benjamin and Louis break the bad news to Donna that the other firm wants a buy out. Donna isn't happy with this because for her, it isn't really about the money. She goes to Harvey for advice and breaks down saying; "I dont want the money. I want something more, and Ive never said that out loud, but I cant pretend that I dont anymore,
More? What does she mean by more?

The next day at the hearing, Gibbs asks Mike if anyone knew about him being a fraud at PSL. Before he could answer, Jessica walks in to save the day, like she always does. Of course, Craig allows her speak on behalf of Mike. She reminds Gibbs of a time she showed compassion to someone else years ago. They end the hearing and go back to PSL to wait for the call. Craig calls Harvey and I must admit, I thought it was bad news but he ends the call and says Mike is finally going to be a lawyer. Mike also agrees to return to the firm on a few conditions; Harvey has to double his salary so he can fund the clinic for two years, Harvey has to allow him involve the clinic on any case and Harvey gives his office to him and takes Jessica's office because "she's never coming back".

Louis finds out that Tara wants nothing to do with him and he breaks down in tears as Rachel hugs him. Poor Louis, he's all alone again. He might have to think pretty hard next time before telling any future girlfriend about the Mike situation. I'm so excited Mike is back to PSL! They had so many things go wrong for them this season with Mike going to prison, the firm almost dying and Jessica leaving, this was the good news everyone needed. The finale was everything I hoped it would be and I'm happy they didn't end with a cliffhanger. I really look forward to the next season because Mike is finally a real lawyer and Harvey can finally focus on the firm. Will Louis find love again after being dumped by Tara? I hope the writers can finally put down something concerning Donna and Harvey - #Darvey - The question about their feelings for each other has been in the air for too long. At least we know now that she wants "more". We'll have to wait till the next season, which I hope is not the last, to find out what happens. Suits returns in the summer with its seventh season.
